We hereby notify you that on February 27, 2026, the Legal Entity Registration Department of the Almaty branch of the NAO “GC “Government for Citizens” completed the state re-registration of the Company due to the name change from Joint-Stock Company “First Heartland Securities” to Joint-Stock Company “United Group Alatau”.

The name change will not affect the Company’s existing contractual obligations, and all other Company details, including the business identification number, address, and bank account numbers, remain unchanged.
