The first step is usually

Entering a new market almost always starts with the same problem: it is not clear who to talk to. A bank, the city, a regulator, a possible partner. Finding the right person takes months and emails end up in a general inbox.
The Investment Task Force was set up to support initiatives around Alatau City. Tell us once what you want to do. We reply within five business days, work out the details with you and bring in the right people from the Group and its partners. If your request is not a fit, we will say so directly.
